I found this on Bluesky, via one of the few accounts I follow. I know it was AI generated; just look at the right hand around the knuckles. The light shadowing around the knuckles is wrong.

The acronym was created by someone on Wall Street because Trump has been chickening out with regards to enforcing tariffs he’s announced. He’s also gotten his ass handed back to him by the courts over his tariffs, basically that he has no authority to do so. His administration is already getting ready to appeal to the Supreme Court, as well as looking for other means to implement the tariffs. And there are a lot more losses piling up in the Trump column, but we’ll have to wait and see if they actually have any force behind them. After all he is a convicted felon, who managed to stay our of jail by getting elected again. All that time, all that money, and in the end it had absolutely no effect.
